Privacy Policy

Zyro is a project-tracking app built by Zyro MMC, an architecture and interior design studio based in Baku, Azerbaijan. The app is invite-only: it is made for the studio's clients and project managers to follow renovation and design projects from start to finish.

We collect the following categories of information through the app:

• Account and contact details. Name, email and phone number for project managers and clients. Clients sign in with an invite code; project managers and admins sign in with an email and password.
• Project data. Project progress, steps, status updates, and site photos or renders uploaded by the studio's team.
• Financial data. Expense receipts, including the receipt image and the vendor, total and line items extracted from it, your project's balance ledger, and any top-up requests you submit. Receipt text recognition (OCR) runs on your own device first; only the extracted text is sent to our server, where it is structured and added to your project's records.
• Camera access. If your project has a live construction-site camera set up, the app can show you that feed for your own project only.
• Technical data. Standard app and server logs, such as request times and error logs, used to keep the service running and to fix problems.

We use this information only to provide the project-tracking service: to show you project progress and updates, to let the studio's team record and share receipts and balances, to let you top up your balance, and to show your project's camera feed where one is available. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not use third-party ad networks.

Data sent between your device and our servers travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Photos, renders and receipt images are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage. Everything else, including accounts, projects, progress updates, balances and logs, is stored in a hosted Postgres database on Neon.

We do not sell your data. Your project and financial information is only visible to you and to the studio staff working on your project, such as your assigned project manager and studio admins. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

The app does not process payments. Your balance is a ledger that the studio's team maintains based on your project's agreed budget, expenses and top-ups; no card or bank details are collected through the app.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your project is active, and for a reasonable period afterward so the studio can maintain accurate project and financial records. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal data, except where we need to keep certain records for legal or accounting reasons.

You can ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you,
• correct any information that is inaccurate or out of date,
• delete your account and personal data.

To request access, correction or deletion, email info@zyro.az from the address linked to your account. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. An in-app option to request account deletion directly is planned for a future update.

Zyro is not directed at children. It is intended for adult clients and staff working on Zyro MMC's projects. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as the app changes. If we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let clients and project managers know through the app.
